From nurturing a healthy gut to promoting fullness, aiding digestion, and supporting heart and brain health with omega-3 fatty acids, these tiny seeds redefine your morning ritual. Make chia seeds your daily essential for a wholesome start to the day!

Ingredients: serves 3

  • 2 cups plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine plant-based milk, coconut cream, chia seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and ginger powder. Adjust sweetness to taste.
2. Thoroughly whisk the ingredients until well combined.
3. Let the mixture sit for at least an hour, whisking occasionally to prevent clumping.
4. Divide the pudding into individual jars or containers and get creative with toppings! Try jam and peanut butter in one, mango puree with granola and frozen mango in another, and just granola in the third.
5. Garnish with extra cinnamon or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.

PS. adjust for the texture of you chia seed pudding by adding more or less chia seeds.

Store in the fridge - perfect to prepare the night before for a delicious, heart healthy breakfast! 🌞🥄
